The Glen Manor is located in Portsmouth, RI, on Aquidneck Island, which includes the towns of Newport, Middletown, and Portsmouth. The venue is easily accessible from anywhere on the Island and is just a 20-minute drive from downtown Newport.
To make your travel easier, complimentary shuttles will be running at scheduled times between the venue, our room block hotels, and downtown Newport pickup points.
Please arrive a few minutes early at your pickup location!
Pre-Ceremony Pickups
4:25 PM – Downtown Newport: Perrotti Park (near Newport Marriott & Newport Harbor Hotel)
4:30 PM – The Pell, 425 E Main Rd, Middletown
4:35 PM – Downtown Newport: Red Parrot Restaurant, 348 Thames St (circular drive in front)
4:45 PM – Hampton Inn, 317 W Main Rd, Middletown
4:55 PM – Homewood Suites, 348 W Main Rd, Middletown
All shuttles will arrive at Glen Manor in time for the ceremony.
Return Shuttles
9:45 PM – Early shuttle departs Glen Manor
11:00 PM – Final shuttles depart at the end of the reception
Return drop-offs will be made to the same locations listed above.

The Pell - JDV by Hyatt
For our ceremony and reception, transportation will be provided to and from The Pell. Pre-ceremony pickup will be at 4:30 PM at the front entrance. Please arrive a few minutes early!
There will be a 9:45 PM early shuttle and 11:00 PM final shuttle back to all our room block hotels and two downtown Newport locations.
Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Middletown
For our ceremony and reception, transportation will be provided to and from the Hampton Inn. Pre-ceremony pickup will be at 4:45 PM at the front entrance. Please arrive a few minutes early!
There will be a 9:45 PM early shuttle and 11:00 PM final shuttle back to all our room block hotels and two downtown Newport locations.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Middletown, RI
For our ceremony and reception, transportation will be provided to and from Homewood Suites. Pre-ceremony pickup will be at 4:55 PM at the front entrance. Please arrive a few minutes early!

Hotel Viking
Dating from the 1920s, this landmark hotel is a 10-minute walk to Newport Harbor and an 8-minute walk from the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum.
We do not have a block at Hotel Viking.

The Brenton Hotel
Located on Newport Harbor and steps from our Welcome Party venue, enjoy the rooftop bar and water views from this hotel.
We do not have a block at The Brenton Hotel.

Castle Hill Inn
This historic inn overlooks the ocean and offers accommodations in beach cottages or the historic Agassiz Mansion. Castle Hill is a great premium option to experience Newport's natural beauty and history.
We do not have a block at the Castle Hill Inn.

A great option located on Newport Harbor and steps from our Welcome Party venue.
We do not have a block at the Newport Marriot.
